Lincoln Land Kettle Corn – Exchange & Guarantee Policy

At Lincoln Land, we take pride in popping the best-tasting corn around, and we stand behind every bag. That said, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

Guarantee

If your product is defective—whether that means it’s damaged, or just not up to our usual standards—let us know via email. We’ll refund the total of your product up to $50 (excluding shipping charges)

Terms of the Guarantee:

• Applies only to products deemed defective by Lincoln Land.

• Claim must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• Shipping cost not included

• Proof of purchase and evidence of defect (photo or description) may be required.
  

Shipping:

Orders placed before 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday will receive same day shipping. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped each following Monday.
